I just received copies of my latest book *Golden Years’ Second Chance*!
This is still about adoption, but this time, my story takes a different turn, focusing on the often-overlooked heroes of our shelters: older pets who are left there to linger, often for far too long.
Golden Years’ Second Chance is a reminder that pets are NOT gifts to be discarded once they are seen as an inconvenience or a burden; they are a lifelong responsibility. They deserve love and care, even more so once they have reached their golden years.
